Our Human Resources
The owners and directors of The Truck Empire 333 have a combined experience of over 30 years in the transport industry. Their understanding of both the transport and automotive industries places The Truck Empire 333 at an advantage in the successful completion of the road transport assignments. This understanding inspires us to ensure that goods are transported timely, safely and cost-effectively at all times. We always select drivers and staff with great care and ensure that they are legally qualifed to drive the various category vehicles and posses the necessary passenger and goods transportation permits.
Our drivers are not only trained to operate the required classes of vehicles but also to understand the importance of customer service and implications thereof on our business. To this end we ensure that our drivers regularly receive training, amongst others, in attitude and behaviour training, driver development training, customer relation.
